In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful Dear brother and great mujahid Mr. Yahya al-Sinwar Greetings and God's mercy and blessings upon you I congratulate you for being appointed as the head of the political bureau of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas to succeed the proud martyr and indefatigable mujahid, Sheikh Ismail Haniyeh, and I pray to God Almighty to grant you good health, success and grandeur in the path of realizing the lofty goals and ideals of the Palestinian nation, on top of which are the elimination of the occupation and the complete liberation of Palestine and Noble Al-Quds. The designation at the current critical juncture brings about hope, cohesion, might and victory for the Hamas movement, the heroic nation of Palestine and the axis of resistance, and also indicates the hopelessness and failure of the Zionist regime and its international supporters’ policy of terror, occupation and aggression. Now, with the blessing of the faithful and heroic jihad of the dear Palestinian people, especially the oppressed yet strong Gaza, Palestine has become a global cause and resistance has become a strategic option. I hope that under the shadow of the new leadership of the Hamas movement, the coherence and unity of the resistance fighters and the stability of the legendary Palestinian nation, we will witness the continuation of the jihadist path of the martyred leaders of the movement and political and field victories will be achieved and increased every day until the realization of the final victory of the liberation of the entire historical land of Palestine from the river to the sea and the formation of the independent state of Palestine with Al-Quds as its capital.
